Who you are…

The primary responsibility of the SEM Analyst is to support the media buying department by anaylizing and assessing campaign performance and media buys to ensure department profitability and growth. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Act as fulfillment account manager for selected key accounts
  • Manage search campaign performance; analyze quantitative, qualitative and underlying data to correct performance issues throughout the duration of the contract.
  • Engage with fulfillment consultants and other parties, during initial fulfillment to ensure that the plan has the correct components;
  • Proactively optimize throughout campaign life-cycle;
  • Increase quality in clicks and conversions for improved ROI;
  • Increase product trust through proactive, engaged customer service;
  • Decrease churn rate through proactive campaign management and positive customer experience.
  • Present Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and campaign performance in a formal setting with management.
  • Build and maintain a positive relationship with internal and external customers by proactively communicating campaign performance with internal and external management.
  • Have contact with internal customers such as sales, customer service, etc. and possibly external customers in any region weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
  • Perform initial and ongoing quality assurance for search campaigns and take ownership of accurately communicating errors to all parties to close gaps and meet customer requirements.
  • Re-emphasize internal, vendor, and search engine best practices during proofing and error correction activities.
  • Regularly review existing processes and procedures for the purpose of identifying and implementing operational efficiencies and process redesigns.
  • Report escalations urgently and follow up on resolution to close communication loop with management.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-2 years experience as a full-time Search Engine Marketing professional; 2-3 years preferred.
  • Google AdWords certification and Bing Accredited Professional preferred; resource will be required to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Solid work ethic, teaming, adaptation to fast-paced environment, and works well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is a must.

Who you are…

The primary responsibility of a Media Buyer is to develop and produce profitable streams of revenue by utilizing unique traffic sources, Bing and AdWords to promote and scale products, brands and customers of Globalwide Media. Other responsibilities, and areas of knowledge include but are not limited to the below:

  • Evaluate and negotiate the best price and media placement for GlobalWide Media campaign content and products on sites, social platforms, and auction-model ad exchanges

As a Business Development Executive for Pulse Mobile Agency, you will work in close collaboration with our Business Development, Performance Media, Creative Services, Technology, Compliance and Distribution teams to attract new clients and grow existing accounts. Position Summary:

  • Provides insightful management reporting on actual vs. plan (forecast) information to assigned business unit(s) and/or department(s)
  • Analyzes data trends and market developments to adjust forecast models and assumptions
  • Creates models, conducts research, and analyzes actual business performance against targets in the Operating Plan, Strategic Plan, and Forecasts as applicable
  • Quantifies opportunities and risks, and recommends alternatives
  • As a key member on cross functional teams, analyzes new products/business opportunities, customer-specific and/or special programs/projects (e.g., pricing, special packs, bonus programs, process improvements, capital projects), modeling the business case related to them and the impact on budget/forecast
  • Performs post audits of results in order to measure against original estimates
  • Partners with assigned business unit(s) and/or department(s) to actively manage budgets and the monthly close process in line with company policy and GAAP

Online Media Buyer
Job Description Overview:

Globalwide Media is looking for an Online Media Buyer to join our Online Marketing team. The Online Media Buyer is specifically responsible for identifying and executing written agreements with cost-effective, scalable and targeted sources of media that can provide qualified and profitable traffic to multiple CPA campaigns. The Online Media Buyer is also responsible for insuring that sources maintain the minimum acceptable metrics/goals as well as maintaining relationships with our online publishers. Reports to: Vice President, Business Development Job Description includes:
  • Deliver proactive account management by providing business solutions to Affiliate partners, as well as offering ideas/methods of increasing revenue through unique marketing programs
  • Implement and drive strategies to grow revenue from existing Affiliate partners by initiating new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonus offers specially in the social media verticals
  • Aggressively recruit new Affiliate partners
  • Research and work with Affiliate partners on efficient methods of optimizing their revenue
  • Actively consult with Affiliate partners on an ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue objectives through recommendation and implementation of best practices around online marketing programs
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue goal

  • Prepare sales reports to track, analyze, and forecast the revenue opportunities for Affiliate partners
  • Monitor affiliate activity and potential policy/program violations
  • Log partner activity into appropriate CRM tool
  • Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, products, and markets for consumer and performance based marketing and lead generation
  • Attend and participate in team meetings, training seminars, and workshops
  • Occasional travel to industry conferences and local networking events
  • Optimization of publishers and technical assistance when needed
  • Create and manage all social media aspects for agency side of business
  • Work closely with business development team to optimize and grow various clients digital branding and online presence
Mandatory Skills:
  • BA/BS degree
  • 3-5 years of sales / affiliate management experience for a performance based ad network
  • Strong understanding of industry trends
  • Proven track record of successfully prospecting, prioritizing, & selling / cold calling interactive publishers
  • Possess strong negotiation skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be able to think creatively "on your feet" and have a proven track record in aligning and driving deals to successful completion with a consultative approach
  • Positive, team-oriented personality with the desire, ability and drive to ride a steep, continuous learning curve in the internet industry
  • Candidate has thorough understanding of industry terminology and channel knowledge
  • Basic link tracking and html knowledge, i.e pixels, javascrip vs. iframe
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
